Alberto Gilardino named Parma boss until season’s end

Alberto Gilardino is no longer in charge of Pise: after reaching an agreement to terminate his contract, the Italian coach has joined Parma this Tuesday in Serie A. The deal runs through the end of the season.

As reported by L'Équipe, Gilardino had not been on Pise’s bench since February, after a spell without a place on the touchline in Serie B. He now returns to a club he once knew as a player at the start of this century.
