Axel Tapé starts for France U20 as Levante waits for his debut

Axel Tapé, the Levante midfielder, is yet to debut for the club but started for France U20 in the Elite League in La Nucía. France lost 0-1 to Germany, with the winning goal coming in the final stretch.

Next, France U20 play again on Tuesday at 11:30 against England, and on Saturday, October 3, they face Italy at 11:00. At Levante, the other two absences due to international call-ups are Nacho Pérez and Ifeany Ndukwe.

As reported by MARCA, Nacho Pérez will return with the group tomorrow at the Buñol training complex after finishing his Marbella stint, while Ndukwe has qualifiers scheduled against Denmark on October 2 and Wales on October 6.
