Jones El-Abdellaoui will miss Celta’s match this Saturday against Racing Santander, according to MARCA. The forward is dealing with left knee synovitis, and he has already been unavailable for the last two games due to physical problems.
The absence comes on top of other issues for Celta ahead of a match MARCA describes as crucial for the club in their bid to secure their first win of the season. MARCA also notes that Iago Aspas will be sidelined for four weeks, while Andrés Antañón remains in first-team dynamics despite playing for the reserve.
Multiple absences
Celta will work with a squad of 24 players, and on Saturday the side will additionally drop the third-choice goalkeeper, Iván Villar.
