Málaga seal loan deals for Aznou and Cajuste

Málaga CF are set to land two signings for the end of the window: Adam Aznou and Jens Cajuste will join on loan, with Sport saying the official announcement is expected “over the next few hours”.

Two loans for the squad

As reported by the outlet, the club has reached an agreement for Aznou’s move from Everton. The left-back will be brought in for one season to add competition, with Salinas and Rafita also in the picture for the left side. The deal is for one year and, crucially, no buy option is included. Sport also notes that Everton paid €9m for him only last year from Bayern Munich, where he had already featured at top level including Bundesliga, the Champions League and the Club World Cup.

Cajuste from Napoli

Alongside that, the Málaga move for Jens Cajuste from Napoli is also described as practically done. The article, citing market expert Matteo Moretto, explains that after looking at several options, the club chose the Swedish international. For this one, Marca adds there would be a non-mandatory purchase option of €8m.

With both arrivals, Málaga could close their business, although the text warns the plan may shift. If Aznou’s registration affects the reserve team slot—or if any departure frees up space—the sporting directorate could go back in for another signing on the final day, with the wing marked as the priority if a suitable opportunity appears.
