Nicolás Larcamón kept as Sporting backs him after derby defeat

Sporting de Gijón have kept their confidence in Nicolás Larcamón after their defeat in the Asturian derby at the Tartiere against Real Oviedo. Following the loss, Larcamón said in his Tartiere press conference: “We had problems in the final third”. Sporting have now suffered 3 defeats in their last 4 matches, and concerns are growing about how the team adapts and creates chances—at the Tartiere they produced just 0.50 expected goals from 11 shots.
