RFEF bids to host 2027 Nations League Final Four in Spain
Spain targets the final stage from 9 to 13 June 2027, with Santiago Bernabéu and Nuevo José Zorrilla as venues.
The RFEF has submitted its bid to the UEFA to host the Nations League final stage of the 2026-27 edition, scheduled for 9 to 13 June 2027. As Mundo Deportivo reports, RFEF president Rafael Louzán confirmed the move after Spain’s win at Wembley against England.
Louzán said that after the deadline set by UEFA, the federation had to put forward two stadiums and that, over the past few days, they sent the required documentation to be ready. In the Wembley mixed zone, he insisted that Spain “must not renounce” the chance to host the competition’s final phase.
The proposed venues are Santiago Bernabéu and Nuevo José Zorrilla. Louzán added that Real Madrid and Real Valladolid helped with the stadium selection. The final would be played at the Bernabéu if Spain’s bid is successful and chosen by UEFA.
