Asllani seals RB Leipzig move

The door closes on Fisnik Asllani for Barcelona. According to Mundo Deportivo, the Hoffenheim goalscorer is on the verge of sealing his move to RB Leipzig after completing his medical in Salzburg, with an official announcement imminent.

The 23-year-old striker, who scored 10 goals in last season's Bundesliga, will join on a five-year deal until 2031 for a fee around 25-30 million euros. Despite Asllani showing his Barcelona roots in the past—childhood photos in a blaugrana shirt circulated online—his future lies in Germany.
