Bayern officially confirm Ndiaye signing until 2031

Bayern Munich complete the signing of Bara Sapoko Ndiaye, with the young midfielder putting pen to paper on a professional contract through 2031.

Bayern Munich have made the signing of Bara Sapoko Ndiaye official. The 18-year-old Senegalese midfielder arrives from Gambinos Stars and has signed a professional contract running through 2031 after the club completed the permanent purchase of the prospect from their academy ranks.

Ndiaye already spent six months on loan at the Bavarian club last season, a period during which Vincent Kompany has kept close tabs on his development and rates him as part of his plans. According to Mundo Deportivo, Bayern paid four million euros for the young talent from Gambia.

Max Eberl, the club's sporting director, outlined the reasoning: "From a sporting perspective and beyond, Bara fits perfectly with our strategic club direction. We want to strengthen athleticism, pace and game intelligence in midfield, while offering international talents a clear development pathway." The club will carefully plan his next steps with targeted playing time and individual promotion.
