Bouaré on the radar: 15-million clause to leave Betis

The 22-year-old midfielder has caught the eye of Rayo and several LaLiga Hypermotion sides, but any move would require triggering a 15-million release clause.

Gnangoro Bouaré is attracting attention from several clubs after impressing in Real Betis' preseason. According to Mundo Deportivo, Rayo Vallecano has already inquired about a loan deal for the 22-year-old midfielder, while Córdoba, Burgos, Granada, and Cádiz have also expressed interest.

The player, who joined Betis' academy in January 2025 from Poli Ejido, carries a 15-million-euro release clause — not 500,000 as some outlets mistakenly reported — meaning any interested club must negotiate directly with the Sevillian side. Betis wants to retain control: either keeping him in the first team, loaning him out, or selling part of his rights with a buyback option.

Before renewing his contract, which expires in June 2027, Bouaré wants assurances over first-team opportunities and Champions League List A registration, something Betis can only guarantee by promoting him permanently.
