Cumic signs for Partizan Belgrade ahead of Conference League clash with Getafe

A Serbian market twist sets up an unexpected Conference League matchup. According to Sport, Nikola Cumic has signed with Partizan Belgrade on a two-year deal after a brief spell at Real Zaragoza, where he played just eight games in the second half of last season.

Cumic seeks recovery at home

The 27-year-old winger returns to Serbia's top flight hoping to rediscover his best form. In his previous stints there, Cumic was a reliable goalscorer: 16 goals with Radnicki Nis in 2019/20 and 14 goals plus five assists with FK Vojvodina in 2022/23.
