📷 MARCAGetafe confident in Enes Ünal's return
Negotiations between Getafe and Bournemouth for the Turkish striker's comeback are advancing with positions very close to agreement.
Enes Ünal's return to Getafe is looking increasingly likely. According to Marca, the player's willingness has been key for negotiations with Bournemouth to reach a very advanced stage, with positions very close and positive vibes at the club for the deal to go through.
Ünal left Getafe in January 2024 for the Premier League after becoming one of the club's all-time top scorers in La Liga. After suffering a serious knee injury that cost him a move to Benfica, he recovered and signed for the English side. The Turkish striker, fully recovered from the injury he suffered in early 2025, could strengthen Getafe's attack alongside Borja Mayoral and Martín Satriano, pending Juanmi's return.
This is not the first time a comeback has been rumored: he was close to returning in winter 2025, but another injury kept him sidelined for months. He completed part of his recovery at Getafe, a club he has visited several times and could now rejoin as an Azulón player.
