Real Madrid registers Yan Diomande in LaLiga

Real Madrid has officially registered Yan Diomande in LaLiga, according to Mundo Deportivo. The 19-year-old Ivorian defender joins the club's first team, forgoing the option of registering with Castilla in Primera Federación, which regulations would have allowed given his age.

With this registration, Real Madrid completes the process for all its preseason signings: Dumfries, Konaté, Marc Cucurella, Bernardo Silva, Carlos Espí and Diomande. The club did not have to pay a new registration fee to the RFEF since he had previously been registered by Leganés, where he played earlier.

The operation fills all 25 available first-team slots plus Thiago Pitarch, who remains registered with the reserve side. This means any new signing will force the club to offload a current player.
