Fermín: "It's been a tough summer, but I'm ready"

Fermín López made an earlier-than-expected return against Udinese and shared his thoughts after the match. The Barcelona midfielder admitted that "I still need to get up to speed, but I felt good and was eager to play for Barça and keep working", according to Mundo Deportivo.

On the difficult summer he experienced, he was straightforward: "It's been a tough summer, but I'm fine and eager for next season, to keep working and keep growing". He also had words for Ronald Araujo, who said goodbye to the squad: "It's a shame because he's the captain and I have a very good relationship with him, but I hope he keeps growing and comes back next year".

Fermín remained cautious about his teammates' futures. Regarding Ferran Torres and Rodrigo Hernández, he avoided speculation: "I don't want to get into that because I don't have the necessary information" and "I can't get involved in that, they're players who aren't at the club and it would be disrespectful to those who are".
