Flick rules out three players from preseason

Barcelona's preseason under Hansi Flick has concluded its initial phase with three players ruled out. Óscar Gistau, Ibrahim Diarra and Álex González have moved from the first team group to join Barcelona B at their Vall d'en Bas training camp, according to Mundo Deportivo.

The trio completed the first four weeks of preparation with the senior squad, including the tour of England where they featured in the friendly against Birmingham (2-2). Gistau stood out that day by scoring in the penalty shootout that decided the tournament.

They are now under Juliano Belletti's management in the reserve side, which wraps up its preseason this Saturday with a friendly against Girona B. Meanwhile, Flick continues fine-tuning details with players like Raphinha and Araujo, who have yet to get minutes during this preseason campaign.
