Fulham seal Shea Charles deal from Southampton for £30m

According to Fabrizio Romano, Fulham have completed the signing of Shea Charles from Southampton. The deal is worth a £30 million package plus a sell-on clause for the Saints, who secure a major sale in the Championship.
