📷 MARCAGetafe completes league squad registration without repeating last season's chaos
The Madrid club has registered all first-team players ahead of the Alavés clash, avoiding the problems that forced them to use academy talent last year.
Getafe has learned its lesson. After enduring a chaotic last season—arriving at Balaídos with just twelve first-team players in the squad, forced to rely on academy players during the opening matches—the club has acted swiftly this time.
According to Marca, Getafe has registered eleven players with LaLiga in the last 24 hours: Satriano, Andrés García, Davinchi, Zaid Romero, Seba Boselli, Ramon Terrats, David Soria, Djené, Saba Sazonov and Mario Martín. Only Orel Mangala remains, set to be registered within hours. With these moves, Bordalás will have 17 first-team options for the debut at Mendizorroza against Alavés, barring injured players Christantus Uche and Juanmi.
The push also stems from European requirements: players must be registered in LaLiga to compete in Conference League. Should everything proceed as planned, the club could even register Enes Ünal before the match, accelerating his availability for the next European round against Partizán.
