Juventus abandon Martínez signing

Juventus have pulled out of the race to sign Emiliano Martínez, the Aston Villa goalkeeper, following discussions between the clubs, according to The Athletic. The Italian side will not be moving forward with the Argentina stopper, who is 33 years old.

Martínez will remain at Villa Park as the club's first-choice goalkeeper for the upcoming season.
