Mangala joins Getafe on loan from Lyon

The Belgian midfielder will bolster the Azulones' engine room following the departures of Luis Milla and Mauro Arambarri, plus potential exits in that position.

Mangala, 25, made twelve appearances for the French side last season—five as a starter—after stints at Nottingham Forest, Everton and Stuttgart. His integration into the Getafe squad will be eased by Martín Satriano, with whom he recently linked up at Lyon and who will help him settle into the Madrid club.
