Pau Cabanes joins Eldense from Villarreal

Villarreal and Eldense have completed the transfer of Pau Cabanes, as both clubs confirmed. The 21-year-old forward has signed with the Alicante side until 30 June 2028.

Cabanes, from Burriana in Castellón, came through Villarreal's academy and made his La Liga debut with Deportivo Alavés, where he spent the last six months on loan. The young striker boasts a versatile profile, capable of playing on the wing or in more central roles, and has already represented Spain at youth level.

His move to Eldense, recently promoted to the Spanish second tier, offers a genuine competitive pathway for a player regarded as one of his generation's emerging talents.
