Robbie Ure signs for Sevilla until 2031

Robbie Ure is now officially a Sevilla player. The Scottish forward from IK Sirius has signed his contract until 2031, completing the process that began with his medical tests in the Andalusian capital. According to MARCA, the deal was finalized yesterday afternoon at the club's offices at Nervión stadium.

At 22 years old, Ure arrives to be the attacking reference Luis García Plaza was seeking for the new season. His performances in the Swedish league had not gone unnoticed: several clubs from the Premier League, Serie A, Ligue 1, and Turkish Super League were following his progress closely. Sevilla moved quickly and convinced the player to make the leap to LaLiga, where the Andalusians will debut next Saturday against Rayo Vallecano at the Sánchez-Pizjuán.

To complete the forward line alongside Isaac Romero and Ure, the club was also working on the loan of George Ilenikhena, a young Nigerian striker aged 19 who plays for Saudi Al-Ittihad.
