Rodrigo Mora joins Roma from Porto in €25m deal

Rodrigo Mora is now an AS Roma player. The Italian club confirmed on Tuesday the signing of the 19-year-old Portuguese midfielder from FC Porto for €25 million, according to *L'Équipe*.

The Giallorossi have structured the deal to include a clause where Porto retains 50% of rights in any future sale, though Roma has the option to buy out that stake and secure full ownership of the player.

Mora leaves Porto for the first time, the club where he was developed and began his professional career at their academy. Last season he recorded 5 goals and 2 assists in 44 matches for the Portuguese champions. The midfield prospect, capped by Portugal and a winner of the Nations League, will wear number 86 at Roma, the same shirt he had at Porto.
