Sevilla and Bournemouth agree Juanlu transfer

Sevilla receive €11m plus €2m in variables for the full-back's move to the Premier League, with a buyback clause included.

Sevilla and Bournemouth have reached an agreement for the departure of Juanlu Sánchez, as reported by MARCA. The Andalusian club will receive €11 million plus €2 million in variables, while the player will double his salary at the Premier League side.

The deal was wrapped up quickly following the English club's interest this past Saturday. The Montequinto-born left-back faced limited opportunities at Sevilla with the arrival of Juan Iglesias and Carmona's continuity. The club also secured a buyback clause worth around 10 percent.

This sale generates significant profit for the Sevillian side and enables the registration of all new signings, including goalkeeper Fran González from Madrid. Sporting director José Ignacio Navarro continues to work on other market moves, including further outgoings and signing at least two strikers.
