📷 MARCAUre gets Sirius clearance to complete Sevilla move
The Scottish striker has been granted permission to travel for his medical and sign a five-year deal with the Andalusian side.
The deal is progressing. Robbie Ure has received clearance from IK Sirius to travel to Sevilla for his medical examination ahead of signing his contract through 2031, according to MARCA.
The Scottish forward will miss tomorrow's Sirius match against IF Brommapojkarna. Jonathan Ederström, the Swedish club's technical director, confirmed they are in "the final stage of negotiations with a foreign club" and the player is therefore unavailable.
Ure arrives as the successor to Akor Adams in Sevilla's attack. The striker, with 15 goals in 15 matches in the Allsvenskan, becomes one of the summer's standout signings. Luis García Plaza had been waiting for him with open arms after beating the interest of several European clubs.
