Valencia negotiates Arnau Martínez with Girona for minimum six million

Valencia is trying to sign Arnau Martínez, full-back from Girona, in a market where liquidity is scarce. According to MARCA, the Catalan club is asking for a minimum of six million euros for the 23-year-old player, a figure up from the original eight million clause after Girona's relegation to the Segunda División.

Carlos Corberán has chosen the defender after rejecting other full-backs who were close to signing. The coach is looking for defensive security, and Martínez meets the requirements he demands.
