The Italian goalkeeper leaves Spurs after losing his starting spot to Kinsky and moves to Juve with a purchase option.
The deal is done: Vicario moves to Juventus on loan after losing his place as Tottenham number one. According to *The Guardian*, the agreement includes a purchase option of €8.6m to make the transfer permanent next season.
The 29-year-old Italian has seen Antonin Kinsky become Roberto De Zerbi's first-choice goalkeeper. With the arrival of Martin Dubravka as backup, Vicario has no room in Spurs' plans. He joined Tottenham in 2023 from Empoli for £17.2m and has made almost 120 appearances in north London.
Juventus closes its search
Juve ruled out Emiliano Martínez from Aston Villa after their €10m offer was rejected over the weekend and decided to turn to the Italian's loan move. Martínez is currently sidelined with a finger injury.
