At TuFutbolero we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we process, for what purposes and with what safeguards, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data we process

  • Account: email and display name (and, if you sign up with Google, the basic data that Google shares with us).
  • In-game activity: your predictions, leagues, scores and reactions.
  • Purchases: the status of your subscription or Premium purchases (we do not store your card details; they are handled by Apple, Google or Stripe).
  • Technical data: basic device and usage information, needed for the app to work and to keep it secure.

How we use it

  • Provide the service (create your account, your leagues, calculate scores).
  • Manage purchases and subscriptions.
  • Show ads to non-Premium users.
  • Security, fraud prevention and support.

Legal basis

Performance of the contract (providing the service), your consent (where applicable, e.g. personalised ads) and our legitimate interest (security and improving the service).

Third parties we share data with

Only the providers needed for the app to work, each with its own privacy policy:

  • Supabase — database and authentication.
  • Apple / Google / Stripe — payment and subscription processing.
  • RevenueCat — in-app purchase management.
  • Google (Sign-in and AdMob) — optional login and ads.
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — ad campaign measurement (pixel and Conversions API), only if you accept cookies.
  • Sports data providers — match results and statistics.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete it, we erase or anonymise your data, except for what we must keep by legal obligation.

Your rights

You can access, rectify, erase, object to or port your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to soporte@tufutbolero.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Minors

TuFutbolero is not directed to children under the minimum age required in your country. If we detect a minor's account without authorisation, we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy; we will publish the version in force here, together with its date.
