By using TuFutbolero you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service
TuFutbolero is a sports prediction and pools game to compete with your group. It is an entertainment service; it is not a betting operator and there is no real-money betting between users.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for the activity on your account. You can delete it whenever you want.
Permitted use
- Do not use the app fraudulently, or attempt to manipulate scores or breach security.
- Do not upload offensive or illegal content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Inappropriate league names and content may be removed.
Purchases and subscriptions
- TuFutbolero Premium is an auto-renewable subscription (6 months). It renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You manage it from the settings of your Apple or Google account.
- Premium League is a one-time payment per league that unlocks extra features for that group.
- Payments are processed by Apple, Google or Stripe depending on the platform. Refunds are governed by the policies of those platforms.
Intellectual property
The app, its brand, design and content belong to TuFutbolero or its licensors. You may not copy or exploit them without permission. The names of competitions and teams belong to their owners and are used for informational purposes only.
Availability and liability
We provide the service "as is". We do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free, and we are not liable for third-party sports data or for indirect damages, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes and cancellation
We may modify or discontinue features and update these terms; we will publish the version in force here. If you keep using the app, you accept the changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the rights you are entitled to as a consumer.
