Barça put on a goal feast at the Palau in the second matchday of the Apertura Tournament in Liga Prime Futsal, winning again and moving into top position (momentarily) while they wait for the other results, as Mundo Deportivo reports.
The game started at full speed. Pito opened the scoring in the second minute by turning a mix-up between a Peñíscola player and goalkeeper into a simple finish. But the lead didn’t last long. Elías immediately equalised (1-1) after recovering the ball in a dangerous area and firing a low shot past Feixas.
Pito completes a hat-trick
After the 1-1 draw at the break, the script flipped. Barça accelerated quickly, and Adolfo made it 2-1 when he converted a rebound (26'). From there, the azulgranas tightened the pressure and controlled the rhythm more clearly, even after Antonio received a second yellow card and the team had to finish part of the match a man down.
With Peñíscola trying to respond, Pito took over. He completed a hat-trick, scoring 3-1 (31') and 4-1 (36'). Sergio González added the fifth (5-1, 38'), and Adolfo sealed the rout with a long-range strike for 6-1 (39'). Even with the visitors using a goalkeeper-player, Barça punished the spaces.
