Junior Diaz extends Troyes deal until 2030

Estac Troyes has announced the contract extension of Junior Diaz through June 2030. The 23-year-old Ivorian centre-back, who arrived at the Aube club in 2024 on a deal running until 2029, has now added another year to his commitment.

Formed at FC Nantes, Diaz spent last season on loan at Stade Brestois, where he made 21 appearances. He now returns to Troyes to compete for a starting berth alongside experienced captain Adrien Monfray (34). According to L'Équipe, the defender has decided to continue his journey and fully commit to the club's project, with newly promoted Troyes aiming to establish themselves in Ligue 1.
