Aarón Mayol’s value rockets: from €50k to €5m with Valencia
Per MARCA, the Valencia midfielder’s Transfermarkt price jumps tenfold and his deal is already protected up to €15m.
Aarón Mayol, Valencia’s pivot, has seen his Transfermarkt valuation soar from €50,000 to €5m after two top-flight appearances that put him on the radar. MARCA reports the move as the biggest percentage rise in La Liga.
The player arrived in Valencia’s youth setup from Levante and the club renewed his contract this summer before he had made a senior bow. Óscar Sánchez handed him the start in their first two games with him leading: he stood out in the win over Alavés and in his Mestalla debut versus Real Sociedad he scored a spectacular goal and added an assist, even though Valencia lost.
For now, Mayol’s exit is protected at €15m. If Valencia registers him for the first team—along with the contract and salary update—his price tag would rise to €30m.
