Al-Nassr vs Neftchi Fargona: kickoff delayed by nearly an hour

Al-Nassr’s Asian Champions League match against Neftchi Fargona in Riyadh kicked off nearly an hour late. L’Équipe reports that the delay came after a ballistic missile was launched toward Saudi Arabia’s capital and intercepted.

The incident directly disrupted the scheduled start of the game, pushing the first whistle back by close to 60 minutes.
