Amos Pieper could feature: Thioune tones down Werder expectations

SV Werder Bremen are set to take on SC Paderborn 07 looking for their third win in their third home match. The club will also assess Amos Pieper, who was substituted early in the game against Borussia Dortmund.

As kicker reports, coach Daniel Thioune has also urged fans to lower expectations for one of the side’s key hope players following Werder’s strong finish in Dortmund. After that momentum, the match vs Paderborn is the next chance to make it another home success in the Bundesliga.
