Ángel Fortuño takes over in goal for Espanyol vs Málaga

Manolo González makes a goalkeeper switch after the 1-3 loss to Elche, with kick-off at 21:00 at LaLiga's bottom side Málaga.

Espanyol, coached by Manolo González, lines up with Ángel Fortuño in goal after their previous match ended in a 1-3 defeat to Elche.

The decision is a “sorpasso” over Marko Dmitrović, and it’s backed up by the return of Omar El Hilali at right-back following suspension. The XI also includes Clemens Riedel, Q. Hartman, Pol Lozano and Tyrhys Dolan, who replace Unai Núñez, Roger Hinojo, Urko González de Zárate and Álex Calatrava.

Espanyol are expected to play in a possible 4-2-3-1: Fortuño; Omar, Riedel, Cabrera, Hartman; Pol Lozano and Edu Expósito; Dolan, Javi Hernández, Bryan Zaragoza and Roberto Fernández. Málaga’s side features Alfonso Herrero, with Puga, Calero, Recio and Rafita; Rafa Rodríguez and Pablo Martínez; Larrubia, Dani Lorenzo, Joaquín and Chupete, according to Mundo Deportivo.
