Antony reports a home robbery after Betis’ 2-2 in the Champions League
Betis winger Antony says thieves broke into his home during the Champions League match vs Porto (2-2).
Betis winger Antony reported on social media that his home was robbed after the Champions League match where his side came back to draw FC Porto 2-2. The player claimed the incident happened during the game and that thieves took “a multitude of belongings”.
Antony said the night’s joy turned into “sadness and anger”, stressing that what upset him most was not only the material loss but the feeling of insecurity inside the house and “the look” of his family. “There is no material good in the world more valuable than my family’s life and well-being,” he wrote in his statement, shared by MARCA.
