Arsenal eye Nico Paz at Como but talks hit a setback early

Arsenal are reportedly keeping tabs on Como playmaker Nico Paz, though Mikel Arteta’s hopes have hit a setback before any real talks even get going, per the Daily Star.

The idea is there, the interest is clear, but this “blow” means the path to a potential move hasn’t opened up as smoothly as the club would like.

In the same Paper Talk round-up, other transfer-related items are mentioned, but the key point for Paz is that the Arsenal approach is effectively stalled at the earliest stage.
