Barça-Arsenal women’s match date shifts: UEFA sets Tue 10 or Thu 12
The Women’s Champions League game at Spotify Camp Nou was set for Nov 11, but UEFA may move it to Nov 10 or Nov 12.
FC Barcelona is waiting for UEFA’s final confirmation to change the date of the Barça-Arsenal Women’s Champions League match, originally scheduled for Wednesday, Nov 11 at Spotify Camp Nou (18:45, TV3 and Disney+).
The club requested the adjustment because it coincides with Spain’s general strike linked to the repeal of housing decrees. As Mundo Deportivo reports, UEFA has assured Barça the game will be moved to either Tuesday, Nov 10 or Thursday, Nov 12.
If it’s played on the 12th, the official press conferences would be held on the 10th to bypass the strike day. If it’s on Nov 10, the English league fixture Liverpool-Arsenal would shift from Sunday the 8th to Saturday the 7th.
