Barça votes this Saturday on 25-26 accounts and the 26-27 budget

This Saturday, starting at 10:00, FC Barcelona will hold an assembly of “socios compromisarios” to vote on the approval of the 2025-26 settlement and the 2026-27 budget, as reported by Mundo Deportivo.

The board will present a 25-26 result with 150,000 euros in positive ordinary results, but with a final loss of 18 million after factoring in exceptional items and corporate income tax. The 2026-27 budget, meanwhile, is set at €1,195 million in revenue and €1,133 million in spending, with an overall forecast of €1 million once the club’s financial result and the Espai Barça impact (-67), plus consolidation results (6), are applied.

Key votes for Espai Barça

The main item will be the extension of the Goldman Sachs credit tied to Espai Barça and the issuance of new bonds (Media Notes). The assembly will also be asked to approve Babylon Park and a residential project in the United Arab Emirates backed by Ohana Development—which would become a new global sponsor and feature its logo on the back of the shirt.

Conservative numbers

According to the report, the budget has been built using conservative assumptions. Stadium-related revenues are projected to rise by €60 million, based on a 62,000-seat capacity, and €50 million from BLM.
