Barcelona eye first away win in Europe, debuting their new kit vs Galatasaray

FC Barcelona head to their Champions League clash with Galatasaray after beating Getafe 3-0 and collecting their eighth league win. The match kicks off this Tuesday at 21:00 (Movistar+), with the aim of earning their first away win after starting the competition with a 5-1 scoreline against Feyenoord.

After a recovery session on Sunday, the Barça squad will leave early for Istanbul: 08:40 from the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper in Sant Joan Despí, with a 09:40 charter flight from El Prat. They are due to land at 14:20 local time. Hansi Flick’s trip includes absences of Raphinha, Andreas Christensen, Frenkie de Jong and Roony Bardghji.

The European spotlight is also on the kit. Barça will play in their second strip—black with a gradient ending in purple—having worn it only once this season, in Elche on matchday one (0-5). In Istanbul, Hansi Flick and Pau Cubarsí will hold the official media session at 16:45 (Spain time) before the team trains at the Ali Sami Yen.
