Bayern sell another stake: Viessmann becomes AG shareholder
Per kicker, the final available share package has been sold, with Viessmann joining as an AG stakeholder at Bayern.
FC Bayern München have completed the sale of the last available stake in the FC Bayern München AG. As a result, the Viessmann Generations Group will become a shareholder of the company.
The move also impacts governance at the club: according to kicker, the supervisory board (Aufsichtsrat) increases following the addition of the new shareholder.
