Betis gears up for mass trip to Dortmund
Real Betis fans are preparing to visit Signal Iduna Park on Nov 4, with the club opening ticket requests for travelling supporters.
Real Betis is already organising the trip to Dortmund. As Mundo Deportivo reports, the team will play Borussia Dortmund at Signal Iduna Park on Wednesday, 4 November, in the Champions League (matchday 4), with an expected turnout of around 5,000 Betis supporters in the stadium.
Before that European game, the Betis schedule includes a home double header in La Cartuja: on Wednesday 14 October against FC Porto and on 21 October against Feyenoord. Mundo Deportivo also notes that these Champions fixtures are sandwiched between two league matches at the same venue—against Osasuna (Sunday 11) and FC Barcelona (Saturday 17)—after the international break.
Travelling fans: ticket window
On the Dortmund front, the club opened the request period this Monday, 21 September for travelling supporters’ tickets. According to Mundo Deportivo, many fans are also buying directly at the German club’s ticket offices, with the expectation that the away allocation will sell out.
For the match, Real Betis has 3,813 away section tickets. Due to how the stand is set up, the process is split into two separate procedures:
- 2,500 standing places via the first process.
- 1,313 seated spots via a second procedure, which will be announced later through Betis’ official channels.
Mundo Deportivo adds that the standing allocation is structured around specific criteria for members, “Soy Bético” supporters and fan groups, and that the request window for the standing tickets runs from Monday 21 September until Friday 25 September at 10:00.
