Bruno Genesio wants Marseille to step up vs Olympiakos

Bruno Genesio, coach of Marseille, is looking at Thursday’s Europa League home match against Olympiakos Piraeus (21:00) as a chance to keep momentum after Marseille’s win over Troyes. The Marseille manager said he expects his team to show a bit more quality in their football.

With the tie coming in the second round of the competition, Genesio’s message is straightforward: translate the recent success into a higher level of play against Olympiakos in front of their own fans, according to L’Équipe.
