Christopher Nkunku shines as Leipzig take a hit at Frankfurt

Christopher Nkunku enjoyed a standout night on Saturday as RB Leipzig looked sharp, in a game that kicker describes as going “just right” for him.

The international break seems to have served Leipzig, but the bigger worry is on Frankfurt’s side. According to the same report, Eintracht Frankfurt’s defensive problems are still severe.

The headline also adds the reminder that even with Nkunku delivering, it takes a strong showing against the opponent to turn it into a complete success.
