Curtis Jones out 3-4 weeks: Inter confirm injury
Inter report a miofascial issue in Curtis Jones’ right thigh after his summer move from Liverpool. He’ll miss 3-4 weeks.
Inter confirmed this Thursday the injury of Curtis Jones: the former Liverpool midfielder has a miofascial problem in the adductors of his right thigh and is expected to be out for three to four weeks. The club based the diagnosis on tests carried out at the Humanitas Institute in Rozzano.
The 25-year-old, who joined Inter last summer for €30 million from Liverpool, wasn’t called up by England coach Thomas Tuchel and trained during the FIFA windows at La Pinetina (Appiano Gentile). The setback happened during a session.
With Jones unavailable, Inter turn to Serie A duty this Saturday against Parma, before hosting Brujas on Tuesday in the Champions League league phase.
