Dani Carvajal meets Bordalás as he starts at Getafe

Getafe made the signing official on Tuesday: Dani Carvajal has already met José Bordalás for the first time. After touring the club’s facilities, the Madrid-born full-back sat down with the Alicante coach and several members of his staff, including Patri Moreno.

“Estoy con muchas ganas de trabajar,” Carvajal said following that meeting. Bordalás is looking to have him available as soon as possible, and the club is aiming for his registration to be completed before Monday.

The plan is that, if Bordalás decides it, Carvajal could be in the squad for next LaLiga matchday against Rayo Vallecano, as reported by MARCA.
