Dani Carvajal registered for LaLiga and could debut Monday vs Rayo

Getafe have registered Dani Carvajal with LaLiga. The Madrid-born player, who joined the club this week, has already trained with the rest of the squad and could make his return on Monday in the clash vs Rayo Vallecano (21:00 at Getafe’s stadium).

As MARCA reports, club president Ángel Torres said there would be no issues for LaLiga to approve the paperwork, which even arrived before Friday, the date when it looked like the registration might be finalized.

Carvajal could be back months after his last match with Real Madrid. He won’t be able to play in the Conference League even if Getafe advance, because the registration window is already closed.
