Dani Carvajal set for Getafe on a free: verbal deal and medical
Getafe has a verbal agreement with Dani Carvajal to join as a free agent, pending only LaLiga Financial Fair Play approval.
Dani Carvajal, formerly of Real Madrid, is set to join Getafe on a free transfer: according to Fabrizio Romano, the move is already at verbal agreement stage and the medical has been completed.
The final step for an official announcement is LaLiga’s approval tied to Financial Fair Play requirements. Once that’s cleared, Getafe is ready to confirm the signing.
The timing also comes after the club had to adjust plans due to Femenía’s injury, which has influenced when the new arrival can be announced.
