Dani Parejo joins Getafe’s shortlist alongside Carvajal
Getafe is targeting Dani Carvajal and, now, Dani Parejo, with a possible January exit clause if a big offer comes in.
Getafe are still working the free-agent market: alongside Dani Carvajal (Getafe), Dani Parejo (Getafe) has emerged as another option to strengthen Bordalás. As MARCA reports, the club is pushing for Carvajal’s arrival and has already secured LaLiga’s approval after president Ángel Torres provided an “all clear”.
Contract details and January clause
In the build-up to the match against Barcelona, Torres said the ball is now in the lateral’s court. He must approve the “fine print” of a deal running until the end of the season, with doubt over whether there is a clause that could allow him to leave in January if an “astronomical” bid arrives.
A second reinforcement
Meanwhile, Roberto Gómez on Radio Marca put Parejo on Getafe’s radar and even suggested Carvajal could arrive together with the ex-player from Valencia, Villarreal and Getafe. If both moves go through, Bordalás would have noticeably more quality for the wing and midfield, helping manage the heavy minutes some players have already been logging this season.
