Dean Henderson signs new deal with Crystal Palace until 2030

Dean Henderson will stay in the Crystal Palace goal. The captain renewed his contract this Wednesday, extending his stay with the Eagles until June 2030, according to L'Équipe.

A renewal through June 2030

Henderson joined Selhurst Park in August 2023 and quickly became a key figure. The London club confirmed the new agreement via social media and later through an official statement. As the club put it, “Crystal Palace is delighted to announce that its captain Dean Henderson has signed a new contract with the club.”

A keeper behind recent trophies

The 29-year-old has also been part of Palace’s recent winning momentum: the club won the Cup and the Community Shield in 2025 and then the Ligue Conférence in 2026. Since his arrival, he has made 119 appearances for the Eagles across all competitions. On the international stage, he has 6 caps.

When the renewal was announced, Henderson sounded pleased with the decision. “These last three years have been extraordinary and I’m very happy to extend my contract,” he said. “My best years are still ahead, and I’m happy to deliver them for Crystal Palace.”

Will miss the next Europa match

For the immediate run of fixtures, Henderson won’t be available due to injury. He missed Palace’s last Premier League loss to newly promoted Ipswich (2-3), and he is also expected to sit out Palace’s Europa League opener on Thursday against Lech Poznan.
