Douvikas scores twice as Como beat Sassuolo 2-0
Douvikas struck in the 50th and 60th minutes, with Caqueret setting up the first, as Como cement their place in Serie A's European spots.
Como are flying right now. After thrashing Manchester United 4-1 in the Champions League, Cesc Fàbregas's side wrapped up a superb week by beating Sassuolo 2-0 at home, according to Mundo Deportivo.
Greek striker Sokratis Douvikas opened the scoring five minutes after the restart, finishing a pass from Caqueret, and completed his brace in the 60th minute after a fine team move. Earlier, in the 7th minute, Como had seen a Da Cunha goal ruled out.
Cesc made several changes to his starting XI, but at half-time he brought on Jacobo Ramón, Luis Milla and Jayden Addai. With a two-goal cushion, the team managed the closing minutes and took three points that keep them near the top of the table.
