Estéban Lepaul is a doubt for Europa League as Rennes worries

Rennes couldn’t get the result they wanted at Paris FC (3-4) and the day came with a big worry: Estéban Lepaul had to come off injured late on.

The forward had been the exception in the match, scoring a hat-trick from the penalty spot. But the injury he suffered after that wince has put his Europa League availability in doubt.

As L'Équipe reports, Rennes fear he will miss the Thursday clash against Juventus (18:45). The club’s concern was summed up in the message: “Je ne vois pas comment il pourrait jouer jeudi”.
